Playing as a guest

To run a game we store the room code, the names players choose, their answers, and votes. Rooms are deleted automatically a few hours after they are created. Your phone keeps a small local token so you can rejoin if your browser refreshes.

Signed-in players

If you sign in, we store your account identifier, name, and email from your sign-in provider, plus your game results (placement, points, mode, date). This powers the stats page. Sign out anytime; contact hello@clapbacktv.com to have your account data deleted.

Ads and analytics

Clapback is ad-supported. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technology on pages where ads appear. We do not sell your answers or your name to anyone.

Children

Clapback is not directed at children under 13. After Dark mode is for players 17 and older.
